Ballymun Community Law Centre was established in 2002 to tackle unmet legal need in Ballymun. The community law centre gives people within the community access to justice by providing quality free legal advice, information, and representation.  Annually, BCLC is awarded a Q mark by the Institute of Legal Research & Standards.






BCLC also delivers a mediation service as well as a legal education programme.

What is a community law centre?

A community law centre is a non-profit organisation which works to provide a range of legal services, education and mediation within a specific community.  Ballymun Community Law Centre is a voluntary organisation (a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee).

Amen Support Services Ltd. is a voluntary group, founded in December 1997, which provides a confidential helpline, a support and information service for male victims of domestic abuse. For an hour from 1 o'clock on Monday 27th June, AOIFE McGRATH, AMEN, will explain the work of the organization and how it campaigns for greater recognition and support services for male victims from political and statutory bodies and for the inclusion of men, men’s groups and men’s experiences in the formulation of relevant social policy and legislation.
