Ballymun Community Law & Mediation Centre was established in 2002 to tackle unmet legal need in Ballymun. The community law centre gives people within the community access to justice by providing quality free legal advice, information, and representation.  Annually, the Law Centre is awarded a Q mark by the Institute of Legal Research & Standards.

 

 

 

 

 

BCLC also delivers a mediation service as well as a legal education programme.

What is a community law centre?
 

A community law centre is a non-profit organisation which works to provide a range of legal services, education and mediation within a specific community.  Ballymun Community Law & Mediation Centre is a voluntary organisation (a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee).

We are delighted to welcome back the Law Reform Commission to Ballymun and everyone is invited! This event is on Wednesday 1st February 2017 from 1pm to 2pm at our offices. The presentation entitled "3000 ACTS and Revenge Porn" is based on the Commission's Report on Harmful Communications and Digital Safety and its Issues Paper on Accessibility, Consolidation and Online Publication of Legislation.
