Housing Law

BCLC provides information and advice on landlord and tenant disputes, local authority and housing related anti-social behaviour issues. The Law Centre may provide legal representation in housing cases.

Threshold provide advice on housing matters, including applications and transfers, points for local authority housing lists, social and affordable housing, rent supplement, repairs/condition of premises, deposit retention, evictions and assistance to homeless persons. Threshold also provides advice and advocacy service in relation to disputes with landlords, including local authorities.
