  • Introduction to Social Housing Law An introductory course on Irish Social Housing Law consisting of four sessions The course will consider social housing law and will explore the areas of access to social housing, approved housing body accommodation, HAP and the law on homelessness. It will examine the law in relation to social housing in Ireland today and will look at the Constitution, legislation, case law and European Convention on Human Rights. The course is ideal for anyone working in social housing or homelessness services, information or advocacy roles or anyone with an interest in this area of law.
