CONTENT

An introductory course on Irish Child Law consisting of three sessions.

The course will consider child law in Ireland today and will look at the Constitution, legislation, case law and European Convention on Human Rights.

It will examine the law in relation to children including guardianship, custody, access, maintenance and the Child Care Act 1991 and the Child and Family Relationships Act 2015.

3 Mondays in June (8th, 15th & 22nd) 10am- 12pm

Venue: Ballymun Community Law Centre, Shangan Road, Ballymun, Dublin 9.
