An introductory course on Irish Child Law consisting of four sessions

The course will consider child law in Ireland today and will look at the Constitution, legislation, case law and European Convention on Human Rights.

It will examine the law in relation to children including guardianship, custody, access, maintenance and the Child Care Act 1991 and the Child and Family Relationships Act 2015

The course will be delivered in person.

Dates & Time: Mondays  (10th, 17th, 24th February & 3rd March 2025) 10.30am- 12pm.

Venue:Ballymun Community Law Centre, Unit 1A Shangan Neighbourhood Centre, Shangan Rd, Ballymun, Dublin 9.

Fee: course fee €50 (Free places for people living in Ballymun.)
