Introduction to Family Law July 2022

Start: 4th July 2022
End: 13th July 2022

The course will consider what is family law in Ireland today and will look at the Constitution, legislation, case law and the European Convention on Human Rights.

It will examine the law in relation to family, children, child care, cohabitation, marriage, separation and divorce.

The course will be delivered in person.

Dates & Time: Mondays and Wednesdays (4th, 6th, 11th, and 13th of July 2022) 10.30am- 12pm.

Venue:Ballymun Community Law Centre, Unit 1A Shangan Neighbourhood Centre, Shangan Rd, Ballymun, Dublin 9.

Fee: course fee €50 (Free places for Social Welfare recipients living in Ballymun.)
