Introduction to Child Law
An introductory course on Irish Child Law consisting of two morning sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday 7th and 8th June 2022, 10.00 am to 1.00 pm on Zoom.
The course will consider child law in Ireland today and will look at the Constitution, legislation, case law and European Convention on Human Rights.
It will examine the law in relation to children including guardianship, custody, access, maintenance and the Child Care Act 1991 and the Child and Family Relationships Act 2015
The course will be delivered using Zoom and costs €50 per participant. Social welfare recepients are free, please note this in your registration and we will contact you. You will need access to stable internet connection and a laptop, computer (with camera/mic) or a tablet.
