New Community Solicitor in Ballymun Community Law Centre

Louise Meade has joined Ballymun Community Law Centre as the Community Solicitor. Louise brings over ten years’ experience in general practice, with a particular interest in community issues and human rights law. Louise also completed a Masters in Healthcare Ethics and Law at the Royal College of Surgeons, which deepened her interest in advocating for the rights of people facing difficult experiences. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping people access legal advice and representation, particularly those who may face barriers in accessing justice. In her role at the Law Centre, Louise will provide legal advice, information, and representation, while also engaging with the community through legal education and outreach initiatives.
Welcoming Louise in her new role, Paula Reynolds, Chairperson of Ballymun Community Law Centre said, “Louise will be a great resource to the people of Ballymun as our Community Solicitor. Louise brings a wealth of experience in general practice and a commitment to connecting with people and ensuring they are aware of their rights, especially when facing challenging situations.”
